Pontoon Empowers its workforce with TimeControl Online anywhere, anytime timesheets
Montreal, January 11, 2017 - HMS Software, publishers of TimeControl, the world’s most flexible timesheet system has published a case study written in partnership with its client Pontoon on the deployment of HMS Software’s TimeControl Online subscription service timesheet.
Pontoon, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Adecco Group is a multi-national outsourcer with thousands of personnel staffing organizations in nearly 100 countries.
In 2012, Pontoon decided to look for a simpler method of approving and billing hours for its clients and selected TimeControl Online as a subscription service.
“Employees needed an easier way to allocate and track hours,” explains Stephen Nosek, Pontoon’s Director of Global Corporate Systems.
The TimeControl Online Service has been available as a subscription service from TimeControl publisher HMS Software since 2011. It makes the functionality of the popular and flexible TimeControl timesheet system available in a Software as a Service model.
“HMS is committed to provide TimeControl both for on-premise installation and as an in-the-cloud subscription service,” says HMS President, Chris Vandersluis. “This is in keeping with our philosophy of providing the most flexible enterprise timesheet system in the industry. Subscribing to TimeControl Online makes serving clients like Pontoon a winning solution for both the vendor and client.”
The Pontoon case study explains how the organization has been able to leverage TimeControl Online streamline payroll, billing and approvals that allow both their clients and staff to approve hours.
“We’re delighted with the results of the TimeControl Online deployment at Pontoon,” continues Vandersluis. “They have been able to configure the system to present a different face for different divisions, ensuring that the needs of diverse users are met with the same system.
